2. Subscriptions & Payments

• Subscriptions are offered on a prepaid basis for the stated period.
• All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.
• Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers. Purple Craion does not store your payment information.
• Subscriptions are non-refundable, including in cases of missed or delayed mail delivery due to postal services beyond our control.

3. Delivery & Postal Services

Purple Craion relies on national and international postal services. While every effort is made to ensure timely mailing:

• Delivery times may vary by country and region
• Delays, loss, or damage caused by postal services are outside of Purple Craion’s control
• Address accuracy is the responsibility of the subscriber

All letters, written content, images and designs shared through Purple Craion are the intellectual property of Purple Craion unless otherwise stated.
